Dog found on Columbia Road, is it yours?

Just got this note and photos from a local resident, can you help?
Our household has taken in a dog that we found around 7:30 PM this evening (10/1).  She was found in front of our house on Columbia between 11th and 13th (closest cross-street is 13th and Columbia).
We have an ad on Craigslist here: http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/doc/pet/3310010440.html. I've attached some additional pictures that we took.
She was found wearing the red harness in the photo, but has no tags otherwise.  She's super friendly and clearly well trained (she can sit on command). We will have to turn her over to Animal Control or a shelter by tomorrow morning at the latest because we cannot keep her at home.  She is calm, but I bet she is missing home.  Please consider posting this in the hopes that someone will find her.
This is also a reminder that you should ALWAYS put a collar on your dog, and even better, get the RFID chip too.
