...Both of the water mains referenced in your post have been repaired, and water service restored. They were not related to each other, and had nothing to do with the media reports last week. We don’t (and can’t) provide advance notice before emergency repair work. When work is planned construction, we provide at least 48 hours’ notice to our customers who will be affected.
Our Command Center folks don’t always take down the postings to our website when repairs are completed faster than the estimated time. We’re working on that.
