Columbia Heights, Virginia?

Apparently our neighborhood is in Virginia.

Yesterday I typed in "Columbia Heights DC" into Google, and the first result I got was a link to Google Maps for Columbia Heights... Virginia. When you click the link, it goes to the middle of our neighborhood, but it still says Columbia Heights, VA. Weird.

Uh, hey Google... DC isn't in Virginia.

And for some reason, the Carlyle Grand Cafe, which is in Arlington VA, keeps popping up on FourSquare whenever I'm checking in the Columbia Heights area.

Bizarre!

At least one address on Fairmont that I know of shows up on google maps as somewhere in Alexandria.

It's because the rest of country thinks we are not a state.

So this is totally off topic, but does anyone know what was going on at Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park last night around 1 am? I drove by on my way home and saw about 6+ guys being arrested. They were all dressed pretty well (button down shirts, slacks) and there were prob about 5 police cars.

Sounds like gang activity by the Seersucker Social crowd...

There actually is a Columbia Heights neighborhood in Arlington. Believe it!

That may be, but it's not at 14th and Harvard NW like on that map.

More evidence of Google being evil. Come on: "Do no evil". Who do you think would say that? An evil dude, that's who!
