Looks like the east Park Road and Irving Street sidewalks are done, and they're looking pretty nice. Some benches, some trees, some mulch. One thing, you better look where you're walking or you might fall over a bench.
Otherwise, the Columbia Heights Streetscape is continuing apace. Here's what's happening today and soon.

Now if they would just restore the fountain to it's former glory...
The foot-tall streams of water and clicking sounds are somehow a bit underwhelming.
Does "apace" mean dragging on forever, with no sign of completion, and re-destroying whatever was completed a few months ago?
