Looks like the fountain in the Columbia Heights Civic Plaza (14th/Park/Kenyon), which has been rather weak lately, will be back to its full vigor soon, seen above. A constituent sent an email about the low flow to Jim Graham, who then passed it on to DPR and DDOT, who said it was fixed Tuesday.
I haven't been by, but let's hope so. Apparently the issue was dust and other crud from the street construction getting into the fountain's works.
