Wanna design some Columbia Heights public art?

Sure you do! The city is holding a contest to design "medallions" similar to the design in the middle of the Columbia Heights Civic Plaza. They're looking for a total of 17 medallions, with a $500 prize. Here's the full details. Hat tip to Greater Greater Washington.
