Saw this sign on Euclid just west of Georgia Ave -- not sure if you can read it thanks to my cameraphone, but it's painted on a wood door and reads "No tresspassing-- I will prose cute you!" (sic)

Pretty classy. The house is at the top of a set of stone steps which are covered in plastic. Strange.

That has been there for almost a year. The plastic was put over the steps because the wall collapsed and the city declared it a hazardous zone.

There are many of us in Pleasant Plains that would like to purchase and renovate the property (it has a clear view of the capital). But apparently the current owner is just holding onto it until the property values rise higher.
