Washingtonian magazine is having a pretty funny game at their site called the Pizza Pool, where you vote on matchups between pizza joints in an NCAA-style bracket to crown the best in the area. Today's matchup is Pete's Apizza (1400 Irving St NW) vs Ledo, which is all over the area.
Ledo is winning, which is crazy because I think it tastes awful. Anyway, cast your votes! You can vote til noon on Tuesday.

Wow, it was 30/70 Ledos a couple hours ago, now it's 49/51 Ledos. Go Petes!
I don't even know what Pete's tastes like because I've never been in the mood to spend a bazillion dollars on a pizza. We get our pizza from Radius.
Never been to Radius, but is that $12-13 for an individual sized pizza? At Petes you can get a whole pie that serves 3-4 for $25, that's like what, $6-8 per person. Do the math folks. Personal sized pizzas are cute and all, but generally a huge ripoff.
Maybe Ledos is winning because their pies come in at under $30?
