New Columbia Heights: 14th and Girard Park now open

14th and Girard Park now open

Well, looks like the park did finally open -- went by there on Saturday and I saw people using it and some kids playing the fountain. Glad to see, and it looks pretty nice.

Anonymous said...: After the grand opening, the park was closed. Signs were posted about concrete and plumbing repairs. The park has now reopened, but the walk through water fountain is gone. Anyone know why?; August 5, 2009 8:55 AM
