Tar and feathering in CH! (In 1908)

Pretty wild thing in the City Paper's sex blog, The Sexist. May not be safe for work (there aren't any dirty pictures, but some bad words).

Anyway, they posted a 1908 news article in which a man called on a married woman and was pounced on by three men, who stripped him naked and then tarred and feathered him. The article claims the man "hypnotized" the woman and made her "unable to control herself when she got his messages of mental telepathy." The shenanigans took place at 1137 Kenyon Street NW.

Check it out.
